SATURDAY JULY 28 2012

1. 18:00 - Pasta feed at City Park Campground. Organizers will discuss the route  and be  available to answer any questions.  Free for all volunteers, walkers and runners. $8.00 per person. 
   

2. Registration for Marathon events - free at pasta dinner or $15.00 on race day.
   

3. T shirts will be available for sale - $15

This is a full marathon complete with water stations, snacks and energy bars.

3. 08:00   Start of marathon, 1/2 marathon and 2-4 man team marathon and 5K walk
   

4. 13:00  (1pm) - Running of the Bears - A 100 yard dash for kids of all ages. Dashers will be provided with paper bear masks.
